1. Never say it is a ransom.

2. Cal it what you like, as long as it is Not what it is.

3. Make the little guy pay, pay and pay.

4. Preach from the rooftops... do it in private...cautiously... practice that is.

5. Do unto thy neighbor as he / she will NOT do unto you.

6. Call their bluff... keep bluffing.

7. Let the politicians call the shots... and always DO what they do not.

8. Trust no one - least of all a politician or a ..you know whom.

9. Thou shall NOT kill thyself, even when the market does fall.

10. Thou shall not steal thy neighbors heart or his / her spouse's heart. Money you may.
